With two-step verification on, logging in needs your password and a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password.
Turning it on
- Go to Account > Security and choose Turn on two-step verification.
- Confirm your password.
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (or type in the setup key).
- Enter the code the app shows.
Admins must use two-step verification; admin tools stay locked until it is on.
Lost your phone?
Contact support. After checking it is really you, an admin can reset it so you can log in with your password and set it up again.
